No — Dean Kremer is right-handed.
Dean Kremer is an Israeli-American professional baseball pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made history as the first Israeli to be drafted by an MLB team and the first Israeli citizen to pitch in an MLB game.
Born in Stockton, California, to Israeli parents, Kremer moved to Israel at a young age before returning to the United States for high school. He played college baseball at San Joaquin Delta College and UNLV.
Kremer was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 14th round of the 2016 MLB draft. He was later traded to the Baltimore Orioles in 2018 as part of the Manny Machado trade.
Known for his fastball and curveball, Kremer has become a key part of the Orioles' pitching rotation, contributing to their resurgence in the American League East.
